摘要徐州彭城广场处于城市中心，并且随着其周边新的城市地标“苏宁广场”的即将建成与城市轨道交通一号线的在建，现有的景观规划设计已不能满足时代需求。因此在通过实地考查、各地广场比较分析、文献查阅的基础上，提出了在满足综合功能基础之上的改造设计。该方案在历史文脉的传承和与现代环境相交融上做了恰当的处理，并运用城市园林绿地这一海绵城市重要载体，增加绿化覆盖率与各方面细节设计点从而助力海绵城市的建设。其改造与更新研究，对于徐州中心商圈形象改造和档次升级、空间优化、经济发展和环境整治起到示范引导作用。72073

Study on the renovation and renewal of landscape space in Xuzhou Pengcheng Square

Abstract Xuzhou Pengcheng Square is located in the center of the city, it will bring larger visitors flowrate and show the image of city center more intuitively along with the status that“Suning Square”which is considered for the new city landmark is about to be built and Urban Rail Transit Line 1 is under construction, current landscape planning and design cannot meet the needs of the time any more。 On the basis of on-the-spot investigation, comparative analysis with other squares and literature review, this article offers a transformation design which is based on meeting the comprehensive functional requirements。 This design proposal deals with the inheritance of historical context and modern environment appropriately, moreover, by utilizing urban garden green space which is an important carrier for Sponge City, increasing the green coverage ratio and designing in details of all aspects, construction of Sponge City is promoted。 Generally speaking, this design proposal plays a role in demonstrating and leading the image transformation and upgrading of the central business district, city functional adjustment and space optimization, economic development and environmental improvement。

1 绪论

上世纪八、九十年代，“欧陆风与广场热”盛行。各类相似的城市广场如雨后春笋般出现在我们面前，大面积的硬质空间、规整的绿化使其失去了固有的城市特色［1］。而徐州彭城广场便是这个时代的衍生物。城市广场是城市规划的重要内容之一，具有悠久的历史，早在古希腊时期便出现了名为“Agora”的广场。原先的传统广场具有很强的功能性，如今，更多的只是一个供市民集会、休闲的公共活动空间［2］。正因为如此，现代广场的趋同性也越来越明显，难免出现千城一面的情况，我们要避免此类现象的一再发生。论文网
