摘要：设计是一种创造性的活动。工业设计自诞生以来已经有一百多年的历史，在各个不同的历史阶段，不同国家和地区，工业设计都在不断地改变人类的生活方式，促进经济的繁荣。在这诸多事实中，会有人问:工业设计为什么有这么大的威力？毫无疑问，这就是创新设计！在近几年来，高级白领家庭当中陆续出现各种各样的白色小家电，可见消费者的观念不断得在改变。工业产品中隐藏着巨大的市场份额和发展前景，随着经济全球化的发展趋势，人们日益增长的物质文化、生活需要对工业设计也提出了更新，更高的要求。如果设计没有创新，工业产品就会千古不变，千篇一律，人类的生活方式就会停滞不前，就谈不上社会的发展，经济的繁荣。尤其是当今信息时代的到来，科学技术的高速发展，新材料的不断应用，促使产品的更新换代速度越来越快，而创新设计就是赢得这场“无烟战争”的秘密武器。本论文从产品创新的重要性出发，对设计要素、创新在工业产品设计中的应用进行研究，通过对工业产品创新手段的研究，产品创新的演变过程，进一步阐述创新在工业产品设计中起到的重要性作用。6337

The importance of innovation in product design
Abstract:
Design is a creative activity. Industrial design has a history of more than 100 years, in different historical stages, in different countries. Industrial design has changed the human way of life, promoting economic prosperity. In the fact of be obvious to people, some people may ask: why is industrial design so much power? Out of question, this is the innovative design.
A variety of products continued to appear in the senior white-collar family in recent years. It is clear that the concept of consumers is always changing. It contains a large share of the market and development prospect in industrial design. With the development of economic globalization, the increasing material and cultural needs put forward new and higher requirements for industrial design.
If the design doesn’t innovate, it will be unchanged through the ages, follow the same pattern, the human way of life will remain stagnant, not to mention the social development, economic prosperity. Secret weapon design innovation is to win the “smokeless war”, especially in today’s information era, the rapid development of science and technology, the application of new material, make the product updates faster and faster.
This article from the importance of product innovation, researched on the design elements, innovation design and application in the design of industrial product through the study of industrial product innovation means, a process of evolution for product innovation design. Further emphasizes the importance of the role of innovation plays in the design of industrial product.
