摘要：近年来城市湿地公园的建设越来越多，城市湿地公园的总体设计也受到了前所未有的重视。功能分区是城市湿地公园设计中的重要环节，通过对江阴璜土城市湿地公园设计的论述和分析，探讨和总结，解决在实际设计应用中存在的如：公园的功能分区、滨水景观设计、植物种植设计、合理安置亲水平台、合理安置木栈道以及入口景观设计等问题。提出城市湿地公园设计应包含重点保护区、湿地展示区、游览活动区和管理服务区；城市湿地公园规划设计应遵循系统保护、合理利用与协调建设相结合的原则，充分发挥其经济效益、社会效益，以及在美化城市环境中的作用，从而创造一个美好的休闲娱乐场所。将城市与湿地景观相结合，解决城市湿地公园从功能性、生态原则、文化价值和艺术审美及对资源的利用等进行综合分析与研究。6312

Discussion on overall design of the Urban Wetland Park in Jiangyin Huangtu
Abstract：In recent years, more and more urban wetland park construction, the overall design of urban wetland park has also been unprecedented attention. 1 引言
1.1项目研究背景
据2005年2月2日第九个世界湿地日下发的《国家城市湿地公园管理办法（试行）》中的定义，城市湿地公园是指利用纳入城市绿地系统规划的适宜作为公园的天然湿地类型通过合理的保护利用，形成保护、科普、休闲等功能于一体的公园[1]。
一个城市湿地公园的建设能不能达到其预期的效果和公园的总体规划设计有着密切的关系。城市湿地公园的设计应当根据各地区人口、资源、生态和环境的特点，以文护城市湿地系统生态平衡、保护城市湿地功能和湿地生物多样性，实现资源的可持续利用为基本出发点，充分发挥城市湿地在城市建设中的生态、经济和社会效益[2-4]。
