摘要：居住区景观是现代城市景观中重要的组成部分,居住区景观设计指的是住宅建筑外部的环境景观设计,主要是由物质与精神两种元素组成。优美的居住区景观环境,不仅可以直接提高人们的生活质量,还可以消除都市的喧闹,释放压力和安抚情绪,有利于居民的身心健康，可以从整体上提高城市环境的景观质量。居住区景观与现代居民生活密不可分,也是居民活动的主要活动场所,人们已经深入地意识到居住环境对提高生活品质有着重要作用和意义,因此居住区景观设计必须要紧紧围绕着满足居民对居住环境质量的不同需求,要重点考虑安排居民活动设施和供居民共享的休息场所等主要景观要素,使得居住区环境设计达到温馨、美观、健康、舒适和节能的目的。7125

Abstract: Residential landscape is an important part of modern city landscape, residential landscape design refers to the environmental landscape design of residential building external, is mainly composed of two elements of material and spirit. The landscape environment of residential area and graceful, not only can improve the quality of people's life, also can eliminate the noisy city, release the pressure and calm emotions, is beneficial to people's health, can improve the city environment landscape quality from the whole. Residential landscape and modern residential life are inseparable, but also residents of the main activity place activities, people have been aware of the living environment has an important role and significance to improve the quality of life, so the residential landscape design must be closely around to meet the different needs of residents living environment quality, to focus on arrangements for residents of facilities and for the residents share the rest in places such as the main landscape elements, the environmental design of residential district to warm, beautiful, healthy, comfortable and energy saving.

1.1 研究意义
现代人类三大主题：居住、生存、发展。三者中居住尤为重要。随着社会不断发展，人们对居住质量的要求也越来越高。近几年来，居住区的环境设计——景观设计与营造也越来越被人们所关注，坚持“以人为本”的设计原则，舒适、安全、健康的居住区景观环境已经开始逐渐走进人们的生活，成为了居住区的一大特色。
