摘要：21世纪，伴随着科学和技术的发展，公共设施不仅要满足基本的使用功能，设计者更要考虑到设施的人性化，多样化以满足人们的精神需求。公用电话亭的设计者,应该更勇敢的承担起改变产品设计本身的责任,公共电话亭是公共设施中的一个部分，应结合产品设计的一般程序与方法,设计出功能多样化、结构合理化、形态生动化、色彩协调化、人性化的新型公用电话亭。通过对国内外现存公共电话亭现状进行详细分析探讨公共电话亭的发展方向。通过调查问卷结果显示，35%的被调查者现在还会使用公共电话亭，更有80%的人表示使用公共电话亭是应急时，手机没电或者拨打紧急号码110，,120等，公共电话亭的使用需求依然存在且不容忽视。本文以人们对公共电话亭的需求为中心展开研究，从公共电话亭的功能的使用性，结构的合理性，外光的美观性等方面对产品展开研究。通过问卷调查，分析国内外现状，查阅书籍资料等方法分析电话亭需要改进的方面，在以上研究的基础上，整合使用者对公共电话亭的需求，明确设计定位。51144

Talk about ergonomics application in the public telephone booth design

Abstract: Twenty-first Century, with the development of science and technology, the use of public facilities should not only meet the basic functions, designers should consider more human facilities, persification in order to satisfy people's spiritual needs. Through a detailed analysis about the present situation of domestic and foreign existing public telephone booth to discuss the development direction of public telephone booth. Through the questionnaire results showed that 35% of respondents now will also be using a public telephone booth, 80% said more, when you use a public telephone booth is emergency mobile phone no electricity, or dial the emergency number 110, 120, such as public telephone booth in the use of demand still exists and cannot be ignored. 信息技术的发展为我们的生活带来了更多便利，移动电话大量的普及更是挤压着公共电话亭的生存空间，上世纪给我们带来很多方便的公共电话受到了冷落，设施老旧、功能单一，使用过程不够舒适这些缺陷都是追求生活品质的现代人远离他们的理由。人们越来越需要有时代特色的结构更合理，造型更美观的公共电话亭投入到城市中使用，方便使用的同时也成为城市的点缀。

本研究是为了研究目前的公共电话亭的发展趋势，深入总结和探讨更符合人家工程学的人性化的设计，分析现代人使用公共电话亭的方式及对未来电话亭的设计方向，研究如何将人机工程学理论更深刻地融入到公共电话亭设计中，结合毕业设计选题探讨未来电话亭的设计要素，从而整合各项需求，完善公共电话亭的设计，满足使用群体追求公共设施更舒适、更实用，更美观的心理需求，设计一款可以带来良好用户体验且更符合人机工程学公共电话亭。
