摘要行李箱作为一种最常用的移动式载物工具,主要是以手部来进行操作,此种操作是否会造成手腕部的偏移现象,以及要如何改进,却少见文献探讨,因此,本研究之目的在于探讨此问题,运用人机工程学的知识来提出改进之道。60355
实验分为两阶段,第一阶段以问卷调查法与观察法来分析和了解使用者的操作习惯,得知使用者最常用的方式:拉、平推、斜推;第二阶段邀请20名受测者用三种方式进行操作,分别记录不同长度下尺偏-桡偏及掌曲-背屈的角度,分析结果显示三种使用方式均具有显著性。
根据实验结果和文献资料,针对行李箱拉杆握把的设计提出符合人因工程的设计准则,提出 A、B、C、D四种设计建议,并进行设计分析,之后进行验证,最后得出结论。

Title An Ergonomic Design for the Handle of Baggage case
Abstract The most commonly used as a trunk mobile loading tool, mainly in the hand to operate. This operation will cause wrist offset phenomenon, as well as how to improve, but rare in literature. Therefore, this study the purpose is to investigate this problem, the use of ergonomic knowledge to suggest improvements to the road.
Experiment was pided into two phases. The first phase of a questionnaire survey and observation method to analyze and understand the user's operating habits. The most common way to be used: pull, horizontal push and oblique push. 20 volunteers were invited in the second stage. They were measured in three ways to operate under different lengths. Then, we should recorded the angle of ulna-radial deviation and palm - dorsal. The results showed that three different ways were statistically significant.
According to the experimental results and the literature. The design for the suitcase trolley handle made consistent with human factors engineering design criteria proposed A, B, C, D four kinds of design proposals and conduct design analysis. After verification, we can get the final conclusion
