摘要：分镜头虽然只是草图的形式，但它有着非常重要的预知作用，作为动画创作者，画好动画分镜头亦是必备的一课。一部动画的分镜头，它不仅是对整个影片成型构造的概括，还是每个镜头的具体细节的描述。它用一定的规则和表达方式取代了单纯文字阐述的枯燥与乏。本论文主要从分镜头设计入手，首先对分镜头制作流程进行分析，引入分镜头设计中运动镜头的处理与运用，阐述了分镜头设计在动画创作中的重要作用。以此为基础创作了动画短片《蜗牛与黄鹂鸟》。63359

1  分镜头创作

分镜头即分镜头脚本又称导演剧本就是将文字转换成可视性视觉形象的中间媒介。分镜头脚本主要是导演按照文学脚本和解说词来创作相应画面作为预览，并且添加音效、音乐，来表达自己的创作构思和创意，把握整部片子的事件发展、节奏与风格。

1.1  分镜头设计流程

分镜头设计首先确定整个短片的基本框架结构；其次表明画面在安全框内镜头的景别；再显示镜头画面的特技特效处理；然后用分镜头的文字描述画面的主要内容；之后在分镜头稿本上同时描述角色的对白、音乐、音效；最后在分镜头稿本上根据观众的感受和实际估计镜头的时间长度。
