摘 要在现代城市生活中，园林景观越来越成为城市生态不可或缺的重要元素。它不仅可以改善环境，更对面临各方压力的公众有着良好的精神抚慰作用。本文通过研究林地、水体、建筑、田园、硬地铺装这五个类型的园林景观对人精神上的作用，来找到最适合人们放松心情缓解压力的园林景观配置。72076

本文采取文献检索、实地考察并拍照作为研究对象，最后以调查问卷的形式向不同年龄段的人进行采访，以参考的文献为依据，通过调查公众对五个类型园林景观的自然度、美感度、想去游览或探索的程度、解除压力使得身心得以休息的程度、远离纷扰，安静思考的感受程度，来归纳总结得出结论：带有自然植物及多样配置形式的园林景观对公众精神恢复作用最强，园林景观的恢复作用受公众对其的偏好程度影响。

Effects of different types of landscape on the restoration of human spirit

Abstract In the modern urban life, the landscape is becoming more and more important in urban ecology。 It can not only improve the environment, but also relieve stress of the public with pressures。 This paper studied the effect of five types of landscapes including woodland, water, building, pastoral area and hard pavement of urban green space on the human spirit in order to find the most suitable landscapes for people to ease the pressure。

A questionnaire and the photos of five types of landscape were distributed to the public with different ages。 According to the reference literature, there were five questions including  landscape naturalness, aesthetics, exploratory, restoration and being away from distractions。 The results showed that the landscape with natural plants or the persity of the configuration was more effective to relieve stress。 Restoration of the landscape was significantly correlation with the preference of the public。
