摘要纵观我国国情，中国经济和人口都在快速增长，人民生活水平不断提高，逐年增长的人口和有限的国土面积之间的矛盾日益明显，尤其出现在发达的一线城市，居住环境已经是寸土寸金的局势。2006年5月国家出台了“国六条细则“，针对解决城市房价的过快上涨和住房供应结构不合理等问题。小户型住宅已经慢慢进入人们的视野。随着这样的趋势不断普及，小住宅空间的设计运用十分值得注重和研究。小住宅主要针对收纳空间不足、功能结构不合理进行合理化设计，尽可能地满足居住者舒适性和功能性的要求。本文首先回顾了国内外小住宅设计的历史，通过文献内容的收集对小住宅收纳设计原则，方法，注意点进行总结与归纳。本文还研究了人的居住行为习惯、小住宅收纳物品和方式、收纳行为习惯，提炼出了小住宅的收纳改造方法的一系列理论体系。83960

根据研究的结论并结合小住宅收纳改造设计的相关方法，我针对上海市一个居住家庭的小住宅进行了设计实践，并通过在设计实践中论证论文的理论结果，使本次课题研究有一个较为圆满的收获。

Title  Housing and lifestyle transformation under the guidance of a small house                                                           

Abstract  Throughout China's national conditions, China's economy and population are growing rapidly, people's living standards continue to improve, year after year conflict growing population and limited land area between the increasingly obvious, especially in the developed cities appeared living environment has a high cost of land situation。 In May 2006 the state issued a "State of the six conditions" for addressing urban fast rising housing prices and housing supply structure is irrational。 Small family homes have been slowly coming into view。With the growing popularity of this trend, the use of small residential space design is very noteworthy and research。 Small house mainly for lack of storage space, functional design to rationalize the irrational structure, as far as possible to meet the occupants comfort and functionality requirements。 This paper reviews the history of the small residential design, by collecting literature content for small residential housing design principles, methods and pay attention to sum up and summed。 Also studied human living habits, a small residential housing materials and methods, storage behavior, extract a series of theoretical system transformation method storing small house。

According to the conclusions of the study in conjunction with the transformation of a small residential housing design associated methods, for my family living in Shanghai a small house was design practice, and design practice demonstrated by paper theoretical results, so this research has a more the successful harvest。
