摘要目的 了解杭州市某小学的小学生健康素养现状及其影响因素,探讨促进小学健康教育 工作进一步落实的有效措施,为各小学开展健康教育的内容和方式提供参考依据。方法 采 用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取杭州市某小学共 247 名小学生,采用统一的自填式问卷对其 进行健康素养调查。 结果 研究结果显示杭州市某小学小学生具备健康素养的比例为 57。9%,显著高于 2011 年浙江省居民健康素养的平均水平 8。45%(p <0。001)。其中,该小 学学生的健康知识知晓率为 55。9%,健康行为形成率为 68。4%,健康技能掌握率为 65。6%。 在关于影响该校小学生健康素养的主要影响因素的分析中,本研究发现小学生的性别(p=0。025)和年级(p <0。001)对其健康素养的水平有显著性的影响。结论 杭州市小学生健康素养水平有待提高,应针对其分布特征及影响因素,在充分了解小学生需求基础上,采取 多种方法提高小学生健康素养。88973
Abstract Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of primary school students' health literacy in a primary school in Hangzhou, and to explore the effective measures to promote the further implementation of health education in primary schools, and to provide reference for the contents and methods of health education in primary schools。 Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to extract 247 pupils from a primary school in Hangzhou。 A healthy self - paid questionnaire was used to investigate the health literacy。 Results The results showed that the proportion of primary school students with health care in Hangzhou was 57。9%, which was significantly higher than that in Zhejiang Province in 2011 (8。45%) (p <0。001)。 Among them, the primary school students’ health knowledge awareness rate was 55。9%, health behavior formation rate was 68。4%, health skills control rate was 65。6%。 In the analysis of the main influencing factors affecting the health literacy of primary school students, the study found that the sex of students (p = 0。025) and grade (p <0。001) had a significant effect on their health literacy levels。 Conclusion The level of health literacy of freshmen in Hangzhou should be improved。 Based on their distribution characteristics and influencing factors, the students' health literacy should be improved on the basis of fully understanding the needs of primary school students。
