摘要:枇杷叶是蔷薇科植物的叶子,枇杷Eriobotrya japonica(Thumb.)Lindl.的干燥叶,是一种清肺止咳常用的中药。枇杷叶中含有三萜酸、倍半萜、黄酮等化学成分,其中枇杷叶中最主要的三萜酸类具有显著的抗炎、镇咳、降血糖、抗病毒等活性。响应面分析法是运用图形、模型技术将体系的响应值作为一个因素或者多个因素的函数。本次课题将采用响应面法优化超声提取齐墩果酸和熊果酸,对各因素的相对重要性以及多因素关联作用做出进一步的分析找出最优条件,为以后对枇杷叶的研究提供进一步的参考依据。本论文首先通过建立枇杷叶中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的HPLC含量测定方法,再通过响应面优化法对枇杷叶的提取工艺进行了探讨。61913

Study on ursolic and oleanolic acid extraction process in loquat
Abstract:Rosaceae loquat leaf is a plant, loquat Eriobotrya japonica (Thumb.) Lindl. Dried leaves, is a commonly used Chinese medicine Cough. Loquat contains triterpene acids, sesquiterpenes, flavonoids and other chemical components, the most important of which loquat triterpene acids have significant anti-inflammatory, antitussive, hypoglycemic, anti-viral activity.Response surface methodology as a factor or a function of multiple factors using graphics, modeling techniques will response system. The issue will be used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction response surface method to extract ursolic acid and oleanolic acid , to make further analysis to find the optimal conditions for the relative importance of each factor and multi-factor correlation effect for the future of the loquat the study provides further reference.In this paper, by first establishing a loquat determination HPLC method for the oleanolic acid and ursolic acid, and then through the corresponding surface methodology loquat extraction process were discussed.
