摘 要本研究从采自福州森林公园的南洋杉的茎段和叶片中分离内生真菌,共分离获得97株内生真菌。其中茎段的侵染率为92%,从中分离到51株内生真菌,优势菌株是PF007281,叶片的侵染率是88%,从中分离到46株内生真菌,优势菌株是PF007263。对上述菌株的代谢产物进行了抑菌实验,测试细菌包括大肠杆菌,枯草芽孢杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌四种菌株。结果表明代谢产物对大肠杆菌没有抑菌作用;4株菌对枯草芽孢杆菌具有抑菌作用,抑制率为90%以上;3株菌对金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌作用,抑制率为80%以上;3株菌对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌作用,抑制率为100%。本研究为保护南洋杉内生真菌资源以及开发利用南洋杉内生真菌提供基础数据和理论依据。69847

The study on the endophytic fungi of Araucaria cunninghamii and their antibacterial
Abstract
In this study, Araucaria cunninghamii was collected from Forest Park of Fuzhou, from which 97strains of endophytic fungi was isolated. The Infection rate of stem was 92%. The dominant strain was PF007281.The Infection rate of leaves was 86%, and the dominant strainis was PF007263. The test bacterial strains included Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant S. aureus. The results showed that no strain had antimicrobial effect on E. Coli.; Four strains had antibacterial effect on B. subtilis and the antibacterial rate was more than 90.0%; Three strains had antibacterial effect on S. aureus and the antibacterial rate was 80%; Three strains had antibacterial effect on methicillin-resistant S. aureus and the antibacterial rate was 100%. The study aims to protect and exploit the endophytic fungus in A. cunninghamii.
