摘要:本论文主要与丙烯酸类生物医学材料的开发相关。以丙烯酸类骨水泥为代表进行研究。首先是对骨水泥做了简单的介绍了解,阐述了骨水泥发展中科学家遇到的问题与收获。通过添加不同的化学试剂,增加了骨水泥的物理学性能与骨水泥和人体的生物兼容性。我们还研究了丙烯酸类的化学构造,物理学性能,毒副作用。并研究了丙烯酸类骨水泥的详细制作过程。并探讨了骨水泥手术在我国的发展情况。然后阐述了骨水泥在植入患者体内是出现的问题与解决方案。本文还研究了骨水泥中添加的抗生素庆大霉素。对硫酸庆大霉素的药理作用介绍。本文还研究丙烯酸骨水泥的市场情况以及前景。实验部分研究了骨水泥合成时的温度变化情况,面团时间的测定,骨水泥中氧化锆的含量对骨水泥的抗弯强度以及抗压强度的影响。并研究了硫酸庆大霉素的释放速率以及释放情况。75002

Development of acrylic biomedical materials

Abstract: This paper mainly studies the related knowledge of acrylic bone cement。 First of all, a brief introduction of bone cement is made, and the problems and gains encountered by scientists in the development of bone cement are expounded。 By adding different chemical reagents, the physical properties of bone cement and the biological compatibility of bone cement and human body are increased。 We have also studied the chemical structure, physical properties, toxic and side effects of acrylic acids。 And classified according to different production methods。 The process of making acrylic bone cement was also studied。 Because of the aging population in some parts of China, more and more clinical applications of bone cement have been made。 The development of bone cement surgery in China was also discussed。 Then, the problems and solutions of bone cement in implant patients are expounded。 Gentamicin, an added antibiotic in bone cement, was also studied。 The pharmacological effects, chemical properties, pharmacodynamics, toxic and side effects of gentamycin sulfate were described in detail。 In addition, the advantages and disadvantages, physical properties, and clinical applications of BIS-GMA as a matrix for biomedical composite resins were investigated。 The market situation and Prospect of acrylic bone cement are also studied in this paper。 In the experimental part, the temperature changes during the synthesis of bone cement, the determination of dough time, the content of zirconia in bone cement and the influence on the flexural strength and compressive strength of bone cement were studied。 The release rate and release of gentamicin sulfate under different conditions were studied。
