摘要随着现代化工业生产的发展,人们对生产系统的要求也越来越高,为了达到增加 产量、提高质量、降低消耗、确保安全等目的,这就使人们不断地研究开发新的制造 生产系统。而自动化生产系统目前已经成为工业生产的主要组成部分,是现代制造业、 控制行业的发展方向。而 MPS(Modular Production System,模块化生产加工系统) 是模拟实际生产加工操作过程的开放式教学系统,该系统使用的技术包括机电一体化 技术、气动技术、PLC 技术、传感器技术、制造业自动化技术等,是工业自动化生 产线的微缩模型。它包含了工业生产中的送料、加工、输送、安装、分拣等环节, MPS 各站各自有独立的功能,连接在一起就组成一条自动加工生产线[1]。84852
本文设计是以 MPS 系统中安装搬运站与分类站部分为研究,根据模块化设计理 念,用顺序控制法,采用梯形图语言进行程序编制,编写系统安装搬运站与分类站的 PLC 程序。使用传感器进行位置控制与工件检测。
本文创新于在安装搬运站预设三个安装位,通过柔性 2 自由度操作装置可以对三 种不同的工件进行搬运至不同的安装位从而进行不同的安装。改良了安装搬运站只能 单一对同一种安装方式的工件进行操作。

Abstract With the development of modern industrial production, people's requirements on the production system are becoming higher and higher, in order to increase productivity and improve quality, reduce consumption, ensure security which makes people continue produce to study new manufacturing system development。 And the automation production system has become the main component of the industrial production, and it is the development direction of modern manufacturing industry and control industry。 And MPs (modular production system, modular production and processing system) is the open teaching system in actual production processing and operating process simulation, the technology used in the system including electromechanical integration technology and gas dynamic technology, PLC technology, sensor technology, manufacturing industry automation technology, industrial automation production line of miniatures。 It contains the industrial production of feeding, processing, transportation, installation, sorting and other links, MPS each station has its own independent function, connected together to form a production line automatic processing。
In this paper, the design is in MPS system installation handling station and station classification research, according to the modular design concept, using sequential control method, using ladder diagram language programming, writing the PLC program of installation and transportation station and sorting station。 With sensors to control the position and detect the work piece。
This paper is innovative in the installation of the three installation of the handling station, through the flexible 2 degrees of freedom of the operating device can be carried out to three different parts of the installation of different installation。 Improved installation and removal stations can only operate on the same type of work piece in the same way。 On the other hand, in some of the requirements of the higher position control in the link with the limit switch with a double safety controlling。
