摘要国际电工委员会于2004年制定了变电站网络通信协议IEC 61850,这给智能变电站在电网中的快速发展奠定了坚实的基础,使得电网在运行时更加稳定、可靠。合并单元是智能变电站中实现过程层与间隔层之间通信的重要部件,对变电站的稳定运行十分重要。合并单元主要是同步接收由多个电子式互感器采集到的一次侧电气量,并对数据按照一定的格式进行编码打包以以太网的形式将数据包发送给相关的IED和二次侧保护装置。IEC61850-9-2对合并单元的采样值传输进行了详细的规定。19230
本文通过学习和研究合并单元在智能变电站中的工作原理,对合并单元的的功能进行模拟装置设计。按照IEC61850-9-2标准,用LabVIEW对合并单元的采样值传输进行软件设计,然后将软件下载到有数据采集功能的NI CRIO平台上对合并单元的功能进行检验。该设计基本上实现了合并单元模拟装置功能的检验,实现了合并单元的模拟仿真。

Title THE DESIGN OF INTELLIGENT SUBSTATION MERGING UNIT ANALOG DEVICE BASED ON NI CRIO PLATFORM
Abstract
International Electrotechnical Commission developed a substation network communication protocol IEC 61850 in 2004, which laid a solid foundation for the rapid development of intelligent substation . Thus the power system could be more stable and reliable. Merging Unit is an important part of communication between the process layer and the spacer layer in an intelligent substation and is vital for the stable operation of the substation. Merging units mainly synchronous receive primary electrical measurement which is collected by multiple electronic transformer and process data according to a certain format which will be sent to the associated IED and secondary protection device in the form of coded packaged in Ethernet packets se . IEC61850-9-2 give a detail description of Merging Unit sampling value transmission.
After studying and researching the works and function of Merging Unit in the intelligent substation ,the paper designs a Merging Unit simulation device .In accordance with IEC61850-9-2 standard , program the process of Merging Unit sampling value transmission with LabVIEW software , and then download the software to NI CRIO platform which can sample data to test the function of Merging Unit simulation device . The design is basically realized the test of function of Merging Unit simulation device and achieves the simulation of the Merging Unit .
