摘要可靠、经济、合理的综采工作面供电系统设计,有助于提高产品质量,经济效益及保证安全生产。本设计根据国家煤矿供电标准并结合采区的已知情况完成了综采工作面供电系统方案设计。设计完成的工作有:移动变电站的选择、矿用电缆的计算选型、供电系统短路电流计算、继电保护装置的整定计算以及井下接地保护。并借助于绘图软件AutoCAD,绘制了综采工作面供电系统图、设备布置图、井下接地网图以及继电保护原理图。设计方案与绘制的图纸符合相关的国家标准和行业规范。87407

Title Design of Power Supply System on Fully-Mechanical Mining Face
Abstract By designing a reliable,economical and reasonable power supply system of the fully-mechanized mining face,it contributes to the improvement of the product quality,economic benefits and our production safety。According to the national standard of coal mine power supply and the known condition of the mining area,the design precept of power supply for fully-mechanized mining system is completed。The content of this design includes the selection of mobile substations,the selection of mine cables,the short-circuit current calculation,relay protection setting calculation and earth-fault protection。By means of drawing software AutoCAD,I draw diagrams of the power supply system of fully-mechanized mining face, layout of equipments,earth-fault network and the schematic diagram。 The design and diagrams are in accordance with relevant national standards and industry standards。
