摘 要: 目前,PLC 已经广泛应用于工业控制中,但是相对于工业控制方面,PLC 在交通控 制方面应用还不是很广泛。由于 PLC 方便操作、方便编程调试等特点,导致其逐步取代以 往的单片机在交通灯中的地位的趋势日渐增长。本设计是利用 PLC 来实现对十字路口交通 灯的控制,其控制方法是采用西门子的 S7-200 系列 CPU222 型号 PLC 对东西南北的红、黄、 绿灯实现有规律的循环闪亮,通过对交通灯的控制要求的分析,结合西门子 S7-200 的控 制性能,利用对系统时序图的分析,对交通灯系统进行了软、硬件的设计,实现了十字路 口交通灯的合理控制的功能,通过实验证明了该方法的设计具有系统简单、经济实用、运 行可靠的优点,因此有很高的实用价值。控制程序包括梯形图(LAD)和指令表(STL)。仿真 测试用的是 S7-200 的仿真软件进行仿真,最终经过多次调试实现了我所需的全部设计要 求。90893
