摘要:本设计是根据应用的实际需求,主要是设计和研究电能表的红外数据采集部分,分析红外数据传输原理和整个电量采集系统实现的工作原理,设计一款可以手持式的红外数据采集抄表器,用来代替日益落后的依靠人工进行的抄表方式。在本设计中细心介绍了抄表器各部分硬件的设计方案,同时也绘制了软件流程框图,并给出了其部分的源程序。在本系统的设计过程中,使用12864液晶显示器来抄写电量数据,利用4*4键盘来控制系统,利用外部存储的方式将电量的数据存储在24C02的芯片中,采取了红外接收管0038与发射管的配套利用来达到无线传输的目的,与PC机的串口能成立RS232通信以便实时处理数据,经由AT89S52单片机将所有的模块联系起来,以便能实现电能表红外数据采集的设计功能要求。实现了在会和抄表的地区,只要依照抄表操作步骤,就可以便利的抄取一个单位里面的13个电量数据,接着对比会和抄表的显示,在校对数据无误后将数据进行存储,然后带回处理中心将该抄表器与PC机串联,把存储数据上传至PC机以便作进一步处理的功能。91039

Abstract: This design is combined with the practical requirements ,mainly through the infrared data acquisition part and design of the electric energy meter system,working principle and the whole power system analysis of infrared transmission acquisition,infrared data acqusistion design of a handheld meter reading device can be used instead of the more backward manual meter reading system。In this paper,the hardware design and working principle of each part are introduced in detail,and the program flow chart is drawn。In the design of the system,using the 12864 LCD display reproduces the electrical data,using 4*4 keyboard control system,using external storage quantity data stored in the 24C02 chip,using the infrared receiving tube and 0038 tubes supporting the use of wireless transmission to achieve real-time data processing,the establishment of RS232 communication and serial port of PC,all of the modules through the design function of the AT89S52 microcontroller connected the electric energy meter infrared data acquisition。 The centralized meter reading, just press the reading operation steps, you can easily copy the 13 consumption data of a unit, and then control the display of centralized meter reading, check for storage, processing center will be back to the meter reading device is connected with the PC, will upload data storage to the PC machine for further processing。 Function
