这篇论文介绍了5300TEU集装箱船机舱上平台轮机生产设计过程。这个设计过程按照现代造船模式的要求,以区域化设计思想为指导,首先对机舱区域进行规划,然后以TRIBON为平台进行管路的综合放样,然后根据船东和其他专业的要求,对相关部位进行重新修改,满足最初的设计要求,完成全部的施工图纸。
通过对该集装箱船的机舱上平台进行轮机生产设计,准确地了解区域设计的概念,并能把这种设计方法应用到以后的生产设计中。

This paper introduces the design process of the platform of the 5300TEU container ship engine room。 The design process in accordance with the requirements of modern shipbuilding mode, in the region of design ideas as a guide, first of all to cabin area planning, then the TRIBON as a platform for pipeline comprehensive lofting and according to the requirements of the owner and other professional, to the relevant position were RE modification, which can meet the requirements of the original design, completed all the construction drawings。
Through the design of the upper platform in engine room of the container ship, we can accurately understand the concept of regional design, and this design method is used in the design of the future production。
