摘要消防水泵是消防系统的重要组成部分,消防水泵工作的可靠性直接影响到船上消 防系统的安全。目前对消防水泵的巡检一般采用人工巡检,人工巡检的过程较为复杂, 耗时耗电,且工作过程中容易发生失误操作,对公作人员的工作素养也相对高。为了 防止当火灾发生时消防水泵因发生锈死等因素而不能正常启动的问题,本设计采用 PLC 控制技术和变频技术应用于消防泵巡检中,构建消防泵自动巡检系统。我们设计 的自动巡检系统可以代替人工巡检,让水泵的巡检变得简单化,使复杂的人工巡检工 作变成简单可靠的自动巡检。所以本文的设计具有重大的意义。
本系统采用西门子 PLCS7-300、西门子变频器 MM430、可调电流感应开关、触 摸屏等仪器,通过 FROFIBUS DP 总线相连构成。触摸屏与 PLC 之间采用 MPI 接口 连接。该系统性能可靠,自动化程度高,扩展性强等优点,而且在巡检运行时能够节 约成本,具有广泛的应用前景。83377

Abstract Fire pump is an important part of the fire control system, the reliability of fire pump work directly affects the safety of fire control system on board。 At present, the inspection of fire pump generally uses manual inspection, manual inspection process is more complex, time-consuming and power consumption, and prone to errors in the work process, the work quality of the staff is relatively high。In order to prevent when the fire fire pump due to the occurrence of rust death factors and cannot be started normally。In this paper,programmable logic controller(PLC) is adopted to control technology and frequency conversion technology application in fire pump inspection, building the fire pump automatic inspection system。 The automatic inspection system designed can replace the manual inspection, so that the pump inspection becomes simple and the complex manual inspection works into a simple and reliable automatic inspection。 Therefore, the design of this paper is of great significance。
The fire control system uses Siemens PLC S7-300, Siemens converter MicroMaster430(MM430), adjustable current sensing switch, touch screen and so on, all of which is connected to form a whole system by FROFIBUS DP constitution。 The touch screen and PLC are connected by MPI interface。 The system has the advantages of reliable performance, high degree of automation, strong expansibility and so on。 It saves cost and has broad application prospects。
