摘要 管子的加工生产是造船企业生产组织中极其重要的环节。在一艘大型船舶的建造 过程中,有上万根管子的加工量,管加工生产的进度将影响到一艘船的生产周期。 完善管加工作业计划能有效缩短管加工周期,有助于造船企业提高造船效率以带 来更高的效益。由于船舶所需管子的种类多、加工工艺复杂,不能进行单一的流水线 作业,而且管子的加工生产需要与船舶分段舾装及船台总装相互配合,在作业计划编制上存在许多难点与问题。 本文首先分析了造船管加工的实际情况,对存在的问题进行了概括与总结,发掘计算机仿真、分组技术和瓶颈理论三方面与管加工作业计划编制的联系,寻找解决问 题的应用方法,为模型的建立打下基础。 95189
结合分组技术、瓶颈理论等基础理论,以 Plant-Simulation 生产仿真软件作为 工具,对混合流水线的管子加工车间进行仿真建模:在配置适当种类与数量的加工设 备的基础上,根据工艺的需求将设备布置在流水线的各道工序中,并根据作业计划完 成设备之间的连接。在建模基础上,输入生产信息,使用 Method 和 Flow-Control 等工具及 Simtalk 语言实现管子在流水线中的物流控制,使用 Bottleneck-Analyzer 和 Chart 工具实现瓶颈的可视化。然后,对作业计划进行调整,以消除瓶颈,并反复 进行检验与修整,最后得到合理的作业计划。
本文理论与模型相结合,分组技术、瓶颈理论等基础理论的应用,改善了管加工 过程中的瓶颈问题,提高了生产效率,对解决管加工作业计划中的实际问题有一定的 参考价值。

Abstract The production and processing of pipe is a very important link in the shipbuilding enterprise。 In the process of the construction of a large ship, there are tens of thousands of pipe processing, the production process will affect the production schedule of a ship。
The improvement of the pipe processing schedule can shorten the machining cycle effectively, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of shipbuilding enterprises。 Due to the type of ship required pipe, complex process, not a single line operation, and the processing production pipe needs and ship outfitting and slipway assembly with each other, there are many difficulties and problems in production planning。
This paper first analyzes the actual situation of shipbuilding pipe processing, the existing problems are summarized in three aspects, explore the computer simulation, grouping and bottleneck theory contact tube processing operation plan, to find ways to solve problems, to establish a model of foundation。
Combined with packet technology, the bottleneck theory, using Plant-Simution1 simulation software as production tools, pipe Workshop on mixed pipeline simulation modeling: Based on processing equipment type and quantity of the appropriate configuration, according to the process demand equipment arranged in each process line, and complete the connection between the devices according to the work plan。 On the basis of modeling, input production information, using Method and Flow-Control tools and Simtalk language to realize the pipe in the pipeline logistics control, realize the bottleneck of visualization using Bottleneck-Analyzer and Chart tools。 Then, the work plan is adjusted to eliminate the bottleneck, and repeated inspection and repair, and finally get a reasonable job plan。
The combination of theory and model, the application of packet technology, the bottleneck theory, improve the bottleneck problem in the process of management, improve the production efficiency, has a certain reference value to solve the practical problems of processing scheduling in tube。
