摘要:近年来,称重涉及领域越来越广泛,工厂生产流水线也对称重提出了更高的要求。为提高工厂的工作效率,保证生产包装的准确度,本文设计了一套以实际生产包装为背景,以计算机处理数据为核心的称重计量系统,实现了实时称重、数据显示、结果反馈、系统互联等功能。
系统硬件部分包括数据采集模块、A/D转换模块、信号传递模块,分别由应变式称重传感器LCS-D3、A/D转换芯片HX711、单片机STC12C5A60S2以及相应外围电路完成对应功能,实现将被测重力转换为计算机能够识别的数据信号并传递到计算机进行处理。
系统软件部分包括下位机AD转换,上位机AD滤波、插值标定、人机交互界面生成以及系统互联,由C/C#语言分别进行编写。最终实现生产线对称重计量系统的精度与功能要求。
本系统设计结构简单,使用方便,精度高,反馈速度快,对解决生产实际问题具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:In recent years, Since weighing the field is more and more extensive, factory production lines also symmetrical weight put forward higher requirements. In order to improve the efficiency of the factory and ensure the accuracy of the production package, this paper designs a weighing system based on the actual production package, which takes the computer processing data as the core, realizes the functions of real-time weighing, data display, result feedback and system interconnection.
The hardware part of the system includes data acquisition module, A/D conversion module, signal transmission module, respectively by the strain-type weighing sensor LCS-D3, A/D converter chip HX711, single-chip microcomputer STC12C5A60S2 and corresponding peripheral circuits to complete the corresponding function, which will achieve the measured gravity conversion to the data signal recognized and processed by the computer.
The system software includes the lower computer ad conversion, the host computer ad filtering, the interpolation calibration, the Human Machine Interface generation and the system interconnection, which can be written by the C/C# language respectively. At the end of the system, it will realize the production line symmetrical heavy metering system's precision and the function request.
The system is simple in design, easy to use, high in precision and quick in feedback,it has important reference value to solve practical problems.
