【摘要】使用QLVC-ZSA1振动信号分析仪,采用加速度传感器,利用数控机床对铝棒进行车削,在主轴转速、进给速度和切削深度三种不同切削要素下对刀具表面的振动情况进行分析和研究,得到了刀具表面的最大自功率谱变化曲线及相应的频率曲线。研究得到:(1)不同车削要素下刀具的振动情况各不相同。当主轴转速增大时,刀具振动上表面最大自功率谱值大于下表面,刀具上表面的最大自功率谱越来越大,而刀具下表面的最大自功率谱不是单调变化。当进给速度越来越大时,刀具上表面的最大自功率谱值大于下表面,但是刀具上表面的自功率谱逐渐减小,而刀具下表面的自功率谱逐渐增大。当切削深度越来越大时,刀具上表面最大自功率谱减小,而刀具下表面的最大自功率谱值缓慢上升。(2)给定切削要素的情况下,刀具上表面的自功率谱值大于下表面最大自功率谱,刀具上表面的振动明显比刀具下表面的振动剧烈;(3)刀具上表面的频率都在150Hz左右,而刀具下表面的频率波动比较大。34569

Experimental Design of the Surface Vibration Test of the Cutter when Turning the Aluminum Rod
【Abstract】Using the Chongqing University of QLVC-ZSA1 vibration signal analyzer based on acceleration sensor, CNC machine tool is used for aluminum rod turning, in the spindle speed, feed rate and cutting depth of three different cutting elements of vibration on the surface of the tool of analysis and research, so as to get the tool surface maximum power spectrum curve and the corresponding frequency curve. Results: (1) the influence of the different elements of the turning, the cutting vibration is not the same. When the spindle speed is increased, the tool vibration on surface is the largest auto power spectrum value is greater than the surface, the tool surface, the maximum since the power spectrum is more and more big, and tool surface of the largest auto power spectrum is not monotonic changes, but has certain rules of. When the feed speed is more and more big, although the tool surface, the maximum auto power spectrum value is greater than the surface, but tool surface self power spectrum is gradually reduced, and tool surface self power spectrum is gradually increasing. When the cutting depth is more and more big, tool maximum surface auto power spectrum will decrease, but under the cutter surface, the maximum power spectrum value will increase to a very small.
