摘要: 自动灌装流水线控制系统对自动灌装流水线的检测单元、封盖单元工艺流程,设计过程控制系统的总体设计方案,确定控制算法方案,选择控制系统硬件包括控制器的选择;控制系统的网络结构;I/ O 的分配及模块的选择,编制PLC控制程序及HMI程序。在此自动灌装线的设计中应用到了RSLogix5000软件进行编程,通过梯形图完成对整个控制系统的控制功能,自动灌装生产线生产环节相对较多,生产线控制也相对比较复杂,其中自动灌装就是生产线上最重要的生产环节,设计系统最终能够实现下面几项功能:(1)对空瓶进行运送、灌装,灌装量依照空瓶大小设计确定;(2)对满瓶进行传送及统计数量,计数内容包括累计、单位包装计数,单位包装计数量可依照包装大小设计确定以及不合格产品的拣出;(3)能够确保手动式复位。该系统采用了罗克韦尔自动化PLC可编程序控制器、传感器、继电器、行程开关等电器元件,利用PLC自动控制功能,利用组态软件的功能实现自动罐装生产过程的自动化控制。运用PLC来实现自动灌装系统的控制,能够实现生产线的效率最大化、更加智能也更加灵敏。对劳动效率有很大的提高,对自动灌装的质量和产量也有着远大的意义和积极地影响。也实现了无人监控。34795
