摘要随着中国在自动控制技术领域的迅速发展,自动化技术已经普及到全国的各个领域和行业。水冷机组的使用和控制也是自动控制技术的重要发展成果之一。本文主要介绍水冷机组的使用现状和研究背景,通过对一个三十万大卡的水冷机组进行电控系统的设计,浅析电动机的选择以及plc的选型。86475
水冷机组的用途十分广泛,民用方面的典型是中央空调,而军用方面主要体现在军舰上。众所周知,在民用方面,特别要注意成本,对电动机的启动时间就不是那么苛刻,因而会选择星-三角启动。而在军舰上,为了满足立刻行动的指令,纵使启动电流过大可能会有损耗,电动机依旧会选择直接启动的方式,以免除贻误战机的困扰。本文中的电机也将采用直接启动方式。当冷水机组投入使用,随之配套的故障自保系统将会使用,温度的检测和润滑油的添加也将成为重中之重,这些将通过plc实现。

Abstract With the rapid development of automatic control technology in China, automation technology has spread to all fields and industries of the whole country。 The use and control of water-cooled unit is one of the important products of automatic control technology。 This paper mainly introduces the using status and the research background of water-cooled unit, based on the design of electric control system for a three hundred thousand kcal water-cooled unit, selection and PLC type of motor is analyzed。
Water-cooled unit is widely used, civilian。 The typical example in the term of civilian products is central air conditioning, and in the term of military aspects it is mainly reflected on the ship。 As is known to all, special attention is paid to the cost for civilian products instead of the start time of the motor, and therefore star delta start is chosen。 In ships, in order to satisfy the immediately instruction of action and avoid delay, even if the large starting current may be a loss, the motor still choose to start directly。 In this paper, the motor will also start in a direct way。 When the water-cooled unit put into use, a set of fault self-protection system will be used, and the temperature detecting and the adding of lubricants will be a top priority, which is realized by PLC。
