摘 要随着社会经济的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,对电梯的需求越来越大,无论是购物商场、居民住房以及办公写字楼等领域,都需要使用电梯。在电梯大规模应用的背景下,人们对电梯的性能要求更高。87253
本设计通过使用PLC及变频调速器,实现电机无极化转速调节以及上位机监测控制系统。以满足人们对电梯各个性能的要求,同时本设计采用PLC编程控制电梯以及带动电梯升降的电机,以确保系统达到更高的安全性。
因此,为了对电梯电机控制的进一步研究,本设计结合电机的实用性,以及变频器调速技术在电梯电机转速控制中无极差和快速反应的特点,模拟设计电梯控制系统,由上位机实时时检测,通过位置传感器进行信息的采集,经过PLC的相关控制处理,将PLC与变频器联合,改变电机的工作频率,完成电梯电机的调速。本电梯控制系统不仅仅是对电机的启停、正反转控制,还涉及对电机转速的速度调节,以及控制电梯楼层选择的设计,从而实现电梯使用过程中的合理性,提高人们的生活质量。 毕业论文关键词:PLC;电梯控制;电机调速;
Abstract With the development of the economy , the living standards of people continue to improve, and the demand for elevators is becoming more and more enormous both in shopping malls, residential housing and office building。 Under the background of the large-scale application of elevators, people have higher requirements to the elevator control ,especially on the set of security, comfort and intelligent。
This design detailed introduces the PLC and economic frequency converter,how to realize the speed regulation of non-polarized motor and host computer monitor and control system。 To meet the people's requirement of the elevator service quality, this design adopts PLC elevator control and driving lift motor system in the meantime to ensure higher security 。
Therefore, to make a further research on elevator motor control, the design combines the practicality of motor with frequency control technical, which reformation in the elevator motor speed control system,with its own range less and fast response characteristics。Simulating the design of elevator control system, through the position sensor collecting information ,and the PLC processing control , combination of PLC and frequency converter to change the operating frequency of the motor and elevator motor speed regulation。 The speed control system is not only research on the motor start-stop system and positive-negative rotating , but the motor speed regulation to achieve the effective control of motor acceleration and deceleration , so as to realize the speed modification of the elevator control system to improve people's quality of life。
