Abstract With the rapid development of technology and economy, the development of China's automotive industry is becoming more and more prosperous。 Private cars as a popular means of transport have gradually entered people's daily lives 。The popularity of the car with a convenient transportation but also accompanied by a series of problems。 In the urban ,land resources are relatively scarce。for a relatively large number of private cars, a limited number of parking spaces are difficult to meet the parking needs。 The design and application of the Stereo garage is contribute to ease the parking problem, in order to meet the needs of different situations, the types of Stereo garage is also varied 。
This paper is based on a Vertical lift Stereo garage。 Selection of the SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC as the core control system of Stereo garage control system。 The system uses the MCGS touch screen as the human-computer interaction interface of the Stereo garage, owners through the touch screen to achieve access to the car process。 This paper is based on the actual requirements of the design of the Stereo garage ,Through the MCGS configuration software to design the vertical lifting Stereo garage model and simulate the operation of the owner to access the car process。Finally, the simulation and debugging of the Stereo garage control system is connected with the SIEMENS PLC device and touch screen 。
