    摘 要随着时代的发展,自动化设备已经全面渗透到了生产生活中。工业自动化控制技术的出现大大地解放了劳动力,明显地提高了生产效率,精确地控制了生产的质量。而可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)目前作为工业自动化控制的主要手段之一,它稳定性好、性价比高、功能强大、使用方法简单、易于文护,广泛而持久的占领了工业自动化控制的市场。
    本设计通过自顶向下的设计方法,从包装面粉生产线广泛使用的机械结构进行分析,将工艺流程分成若干个部分,再根据每一部分的工艺流程画出软件流程图,最后根据软件流程图画出PLC执行的梯形图。39765
    本文主要介绍了国内外包装面粉生产线的发展情况和工厂目前包装面粉的生产工艺;说明了本设计用到的硬件系统包括控制器、传感器、执行元件和动力源等;给出了本设计控制需要的部分程序清单;最后在计算机上调试了程序,验证了程序的正确性。
    该套系统原理简单,易于操作,方便修理。不仅在实际生产中大大节约了劳动力成本,而且更加精确了包装的规格,使生产更为高效。可以广泛的应用于粮食、饲料、蔬菜水果、化肥农药等行业,便于厂商直接销售,是典型的工业自动化改变生产方式的应用。

    Abstract
    With the development of the times, automation equipment has been fully penetrated into the production and life. Emergence of industrial automation control technology has greatly liberated the labor. It significantly improves the production efficiency and precisely controls of production quality. However, Programmable Logic Controller is one of the main means of the industrial automation control system. It has good stability, high performance price ratio, powerful function and simple using method. Also it is easy to maintain. So, it is wide and long occupied the industrial automation market.
    The design used the top-down design method and analysed the mechanical structure widely used in flour packaging production line. We pided the process into several parts. Then we draw the software flow chart according to each part of the process. Finally, we draw the ladder diagram of PLC according to the flow chart of software.
    This paper mainly introduces the flour packaging production line development at home and abroad and the production process of flour packaging in the factory. This paper also describes hardware system of the design includes the controller, sensor, actuator and power source etc. Then this paper gives the program list of the control system. Finally this paper debugs the program on a computer and verifies the correctness of the program.
    This system is very simple. It is easy to operate and convenient to repair. We can save labor costs and make packaging specifications more precisely. Also we greatly improve production efficiency. This design can be widely used in food, feed, fruits and vegetables, fertilizer and pesticide industry. It is convenient to the manufacturers direct sales. It is a typical application of industrial automation and change the mode of production.
