摘要电动汽车因为在节约能源和环境保护上的显著优点,被世界各国当成热门的研发对象。而因为是一最新电动汽车驱动形式的轮边驱动电动汽车,由于具备车身内部空间利用率高、利于导入线控转向功能来增添转向的灵敏程度、很容易经过电机控制功能来完成ABS作用、TCS作用和ESP作用、容易完成制动能量的回收和节约能源消耗等明显的优点,也被大家认为是未来电动汽车必须研究的方向。46556
我在阅读了大量国内外电动汽车相关书籍和论文的基础上,将所控车轮独立驱动的轮边驱动电动汽车作为研究对象,将轮边驱动系统电机控制技术研究作为研究目的,通过对电动汽车所用电机和控制技术的分折,选用永磁同步电机(PMSM)进行矢量控制,轮边驱动系统的控制器从软硬件方面进行研究,硬件设计方面包括提出了基于STM32的调速系统硬件设计的总体方案和给出了主要电路介绍,在软件设计方面主要分析了调速系统初始化、PWM定时中断服务程序、控制指令接收和状态数据传输、故障保护中断服务程序等部分。最后进行了对轮边驱动系统未来研究方向的分析预测。

ABSTRACT Because of the significant advantages in energy conservation and environmental protection, electric vehicles are regarded as a hot research object in the world. As a new electric vehicle drive wheel driven electric vehicle, with body inner space utilization rate is high, to import by wire steering technology to enhance steering sensitivity, easy through the motor control technology realization of ABS, TCS, and ESP performance, easy to achieve the braking energy feedback to save energy and other significant advantages, become the focus of development of electric motor car in the future.
I am reading a large number of domestic and international electric vehicle related books and papers on the control of independent wheel drive wheel drive electric vehicle as the research object, the wheel driving system of motor control technology research as the research objective, through the analysis of motor and control technology of electric vehicles, the permanent magnet synchronous the motor (PMSM) vector control, wheel drive controller of the system from hardware and software (based on software) was studied. The hardware design includes the general scheme of the hardware design of STM32 control system and gives the main circuit principle diagram based on the main control system initialization, PWM timing interrupt service program, control instruction the receiving state and data transmission, fault protection interrupt service program in the part of software design analysis. At last, the fuzzy control of wheel edge drive system is studied, and the future research direction of wheel edge drive system is analyzed.
