摘要本文围绕低碳生态新城的慢行交通规划问题展开。首先,辨析了低碳城市、生态城市的概念,总结出新城的特征,提出了低碳生态新城的概念。

其次,总结了慢行交通的特点与组成,明确了低碳生态新城与慢行交通之间的相互关系,指出了在低碳生态新城内规划慢行交通的重要性和必要性。

然后,从五个方面考虑,提出了对低碳生态新城慢行交通系统进行评价的指标体系。61469

最后,提出了低碳生态新城慢行交通系统的规划原则与规划方法。通过与TOD模式的类比,提出SOD模式。

从城市总体规划、控制性详细规划、规划实施阶段三个层次进行规划,还考虑了慢行设施布设与慢行环境设计。希望本文的研究能为新城的慢行交通系统规划提供合理建议,为今后相关研究提供参考。

Abstract This paper focuses on the slow low-carbon new town transportation planning issues. First, analysis the concept of the low-carbon city, ecological new town summed up the characteristics of new town. Put forward the concept of low-carbon ecological new town.

Secondly, summed up the slow traffic characteristics and composition, clear the interrelationships between low-carbon ecological new town and slow traffic, pointed out the importance and necessity of slow traffic for low-carbon ecological new town planning.

Then, from five aspects to consider. Proposed the index system of low-carbon ecological new town slow traffic system for evaluation.

Finally, proposed the low-carbon ecological new town slow traffic system planning principles and planning approach. Proposed SOD mode.by analogy with the TOD model.

From the overall urban planning, detailed planning, planning and implementation stages of the three levels of planning. Slow facilities layout and slow environmental design also be considered.

I hope this research can provide reasonable advice for the slow traffic system planning of new town, provide a reference for future research.
