摘要近年来,随着世界各国智能电网的推广,在电网系统中发挥关键作用的智能电表技术也得到了迅速发展。同时在国家电网公司电网智能化建设的规划背景下,智能电表所要求的功能也将更齐全,不仅要运行稳定、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强,还要具有双向互动,防窃电,远程抄表等技术功能。61701

本文在对智能电网及电能表研究现状进行分析的基础上,进行了基于单片机结合专用计量芯片的多功能电能表的设计。

首先介绍了智能电表相关概念及意义;介绍了电表计量的基本理论,探讨了智能电表设计的各种方案并做出合适的方案选择。在理论分析中,介绍了谐波检测方法,并用Matlab软件对比分析了两种谐波计算方法的优劣。其次完成了电表的硬件设计,包括电参量信息采集及控制系统两部分。电量采集利用专用计量芯片ADE7758完成,控制系统划分为供电模块、存储模块、时间模块、显示模块和通信模块等,通过STC89C52单片机对各模块的控制,完成电表的硬件设计;利用Proteus进行了供电模块、滤波采集模块以及显示模块的部分功能仿真。最后完成电表的软件设计,设计上采用模块化编程方式,实现电能表的电能复费率计量、存储、循环显示和数据通信等功能。

Title    Design of smart meter based on MCU                     

Abstract In recent years, with the promotion of the smart grid in countries around the world , the technology of smart meter who plays an important role in smart grid system has been developing rapidly. Nowadays , the State Grid Corporation of our country is promoting the construction of intelligent power grid and the context of functions which smart meters are required to have will become more complete. Smart meters should not only be stable, high reliable, and have strong ability of anti-interference, but also should have t two-way interaction, anti-theft, remote meter reading and other technical functions.

After the analysis of research about smart grid and electric energy meter, this paper carries on a design  of multifunctional electric energy meter based on MCU and metering ASIC.

First this paper introduces the related concept of smart meters and its significance. Then this paper introduces the theory of metering and discusses the various designs of smart meter in detail. And ultimately this paper makes the selection of an appropriate scheme.In this part, the paper also introduce the method of harmonic detection of electric energy, and briefly compares two calculation methods of harmonic detection by Matlab.Followed by is the hardware design of the meter, mainly includes the part of electric parameter information acquisition and the part of control system.Power collection is done by metering ASIC of ADE7758 . Control system is pided into the power supply module, storage module, time module, display module and communication module. With the control of STC89C52,all the modules complete this meter hardware designer.Some functional simulations have been completed by Proteus, including the simulations of power supply module, filter collection module and display module. Finally this paper completes the software design of electric meter. The software design of system uses modular programming. With the control of MCU, the designer implement the function of  electric energy metering, multi-rate measurement, storage, circulation display and data communication.
