摘要本文致力于设计一套针对太阳能路灯控制器的检测系统,系统以太阳能路灯控制器的大规模生产为背景,力求做到适应生产线模式下的自动检测,尽可能的提高产品的质量,增加检测效率,降低人员成本。本文概述了课题的背景与意义,讨论了有关技术的现状与发展趋势,对检测系统方案进行了论证。论文讨论内容涉及PCB板的设计,PLC逻辑控制技术,OPC技术,信号采集技术,HMI的设计,LabVIEW编程。本次毕业充实了本人本科的学习内容,对工程项目的设计有了初步认识。65244

Title A detecting platform of the solar street lamp controller
Abstract
This article dedicated to design a system of detecting the motherboard automatically .The system is based on a mass production of the solar street lamp controller,which tries to adapt the automatic detection on a line of production. The system has a goal in improving the qualityand the efficiency of the production, also it is designed to reduce personnel cost. This article introduced the background and the significance of the subject. It also discussed the current situation and development trend of the technology. And, the overall design of the system has been demonstrated. Through the analysis of the specific design of hardware and software , it could achieve a function of controlling and detecting. This article related to the design of PCB,PLC logic control technology,the technology of OPC, Signal collection technology, HMI and LabVIEW. The graduation enriched my undergraduate, and I just have a preliminary understanding how to design a real project.
