摘要混杂系统是由连续变量系统和离散事件系统相互联系相互作用而形成的统一的动态系统,其特点是既随时间而连续变化,又受离散突发事件的驱动。而三容水箱液位控制系统是工业生产过程中多容流量对象的抽象模型,具较强的代表性,可模拟工业生产过程中一阶或多阶次、线性或非线性、单容或多容、耦合或非耦合等特性。对于本文研究的三容水箱混杂系统的模型而言,只有当部分或全部的三个容器的液位高于上面的阀门高度时,液体才有可能通过水箱间的管道流通,具有离散事件的特性,手动阀门的开度也是离散变量,同时连续变量有水箱入水量、水箱出水量等。所以三容水箱系统是一个带有约束的混杂系统。因此,本文对三容水箱混杂系统的研究具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。65312
本文介绍了混杂系统的基本知识,了解了混杂系统的研究意义与研究现状;在分析三容水箱的混杂特性的基础上建立了三容混杂系统MLD模型,设计该混杂系统的模型预测控制算法,进行稳定性分析;利用MATLAB的HYSDEL语言编写MLD程序并进行仿真。

Title Simulation of three-tank hybrid system
Abstract
Hybrid system is composed of a continuous variable systems and discrete event system formed by the interaction of a unified dynamic systems. Its characteristics are continuously changing with time, and driven by discrete emergencies. The three-tank liquid level control system is an abstract model of a multi-volume flow of the object in industrial production process with strong representation. It can simulate the order of the first order, linear or non-linear, a single content or more content, coupling or coupling characteristics in the industrial production process. For the three-tank hybrid system model in this study, only when some or all of the liquid height of the three containers are above the top of the valve, the liquid may flow through the piping between the tanks. The height has the characteristics of discrete events; Besides, manual valve opening is discrete variable. At the same time, continuous variables are water inflow, water outflow. So three-tank system is a hybrid system with constraints. Therefore, this study of three-tank hybrid system has important theoretical significance and practical value。
This article describes the basics, significance and research of hybrid systems; Then I establish the MLD model of three-tank hybrid system on the base of the analysis of three-tank confounding characteristics, design the hybrid system model predictive control algorithm and analyze the stability; Finally I write MLD program at the use of HYSDEL language in MATLAB and conduct simulation.
