摘 要:实施分布式发电的优点在于既能有效的改善能源安全,又能减轻对环境造成的污染,有利于减轻地球能源危机。新概念电网FREEDM的出现很好的解决了在分布式发电并网上的技术难题。固态快速多功能开关则是新型电网最重要的环节。快速开关的硬件电路主要包括供电电源电路,电压、电流的检测电路,硬件保护电路,驱动保护电路,输入输出电路,通讯接口电路等等。硬件电路完善的设计能够更好的保证系统开关的快速和故障检测的准确。在掌握模拟电子和电力电子各种基本电路拓扑结构的基础上,了解快速开关架构每部分电路的原理、检测方法和故障保护。重点了解IGBT驱动保护电路的原理,研究基本开断策略,在Saber环境里对各模块进行软件仿真后,设计完成采样调理电路和驱动保护电路。65430

Abstract:Carrying out distributed generation can not only improve the implementation of energy security, but also reduce environmental pollution and help reduce the Earth's energy crisis. The new concept power grid FREEDM can solve technical problems caused by distributed power generation grid. Fast solid-state multifunction switch is an important part of the new grid. The hardware circuit of Fast switch includes a power supply circuit, a voltage and current detection circuit, a hardware protection circuit, driver protection circuit, control circuit, input and output circuits, communications and interface circuit and the like. A well-designed hardware circuit can ensure quick switches and accurate fault detection of the system. On the basis of grasp of basic circuit topology in analog electronics and power electronics, we learn of the principle of fast switching architecture of each part of the circuit, detection methods and fault protection. In addition, we focus on understanding the principles of the protection of the IGBT driver circuit, learning basic switching strategy. After simulating each module in Saber software, we complete designing sampling conditioning circuit and drive protection circuit.
