摘 要:开关电源被誉为高效、节能型电源,它代表稳压电源的发展方向。经过多年的分析研究与开发,其可靠性已经达到非常高的程度,在很多领域得到广泛应用,但是在井下设备的使用效果却一直不可观。由于井下工作环境恶劣,不但电压供给不稳定,高温密闭的工作环境更是普通开关电源难以承受的,这就为矿用宽范围输入开关电源的研制提出了要求。67559

本论文首先通过比较几种常用直流变换器拓扑结构的特点,结合课题研究的方向和目的,确定了反激式开关电源模型。然后,通过对主电路拓扑结构的工作原理的分析,输出电压公式的推导,合理设计各器件的参数,减小开关器件的损耗。进一步减小电源的发热,使得电源能够在高温密闭的工作环境中正常的工作。最后为了实现稳压开关电源的正常运行,利用Saber软件对电路进行仿真,并在此基础上,分析调试,使之更加精确。通过对仿真和实验结果的分析与研究,验证了理论设计的正确性,电源各个性能均实现其应有的功能,均达到设计要求。67559

ABSTRACT: Switching power supply known as efficient, energy-saving power supply, it represents the development direction of regulated power supply. After years of research and development analysis, its reliability has reached a very high level, has been widely used in many fields, but the effect of the use of downhole equipment has not been impressive. Due to the harsh downhole environment, not only unstable voltage supply, temperature confined work environment is unbearable ordinary switching power supply, which developed the input switching power supply presents a wide range of requirements for the mine.

Through this paper the characteristics common DC converter topologies compare several combined research direction and purpose, and determine the flyback switching power supply models. Then, by analyzing the working principle of the main circuit topology, the output voltage of the derivation formula, rational design parameters of the device, reducing the loss of switching devices. The heating power is further reduced, so that the power supply can operate in a normal high temperature in a closed environment.Finally, in order to achieve the normal operation of the switching power supply regulator, using Saber software for circuit simulation, and on this basis, the analysis of debugging, but to make it more refined. Through the simulation and experimental results of analysis and research, designed to verify the correctness of the theory, the power of each performance are achieved its functions, meet the design requirements.
