摘要电气测试柜根据设备逻辑功能通过给定相应信号并对比输出结果来对设备进行检测。其核心芯片一般为单片机,随着技术的发展其操作更为智能化,同时也有着良好的可靠性与准确性。
本设计主要解决课题中控制板的软件设计部分工作。结合实际电路图中信号流通过程介绍了数据清单(Excel格式)中所包含的电气柜内部逻辑关系,设计分别利用CSpreadSheet封装类与ODBC数据库来访问Excel表格程序,完成访问电气柜数据清单(Excel格式)功能,设计CAN通信子程序,完成信息在上位机与控制板之间通讯功能。最后对子程序进行编译,未出现逻辑错误。67657

Title Software Design of main control panel on Electrical Testing cabinet
Abstract
The electrical testing cabinet is a kind of cabinet which gives equipment output signal that based on logical function of the device and compare the standard to get results at the same time . Its core chip is generally microcontroller, and it becomes more intelligent, but also has a good reliability and accuracy because of the development of science and technology .
The work solves the design of the main control panel software in the issue . Combined with the actual signal flow diagram of the process introduces data list (Excel format) that are included in the internal logic of the electrical cabinet, designing using the CSpreadSheet wrapper class or ODBC database to access Excel spreadsheet program to finish the function of accessing the list of Electrical cabinet (Excel Format).Design CAN communication routines, complete the information in the communication between the host computer and the control panel functions. Complete the task subroutine design content, and the subroutine does not appear logical error debugging.
