摘要随着科学技术的发展,温度的测量在工业生产中的地位与日俱增,而能进行温度监测的系统也已经应用到了方方面面,所以既能节省成本又能稳定工作的系统越来越受到欢迎。数字温度计能够有效地读取温度,适用于工业生产的各个环节,同时具有可靠性高,可控性好,工作稳定,功耗小等诸多优点,是最具有性价比的选择之一。MSP430F1612是一种16位的单片机,采用了精简指令集(RISC)结构,具有丰富的寻址方式、简洁的 27 条内核指令以及大量的模拟指令,大量的寄存器以及片内数据存储器都可参加多种运算,还有高效的查表处理指令。它运算速度快,处理能力强,开发设备简单,容易编程,可操作性好,适用于多种设计。67759

本设计采用DS18B20传感器以及MSP430F1612单片机进行开发,运用到模电、数电、单片机和测量以及程序编写等方面的综合的知识,根据设计要求,完成系统设计,完成数字温度传感器的温度采集转化等工作,同时设计相关串行通信系统RS232/RS485电路,完成数据的远程控制。

本设计使用Protel99进行电路设计,使用IAR430调试软件,这两种软件性能好,操作简单,各个模块都可以在其中开发并实现。

It computing speed, processing capacity, the development of simple equipment, easy to program, easy to operate, suitable for a variety of designs.This design uses DS18B20 sensors and MSP430F1612 microcontroller development, applied to the mold digital circuit, microcontroller programming and measurement as well as other aspects of comprehensive knowledge, according to the design requirements, the completion of system design, complete digital temperature sensor temperature acquisition conversion, etc. , while the design of related systems RS232/RS485 serial communication circuit, complete the data remote control.
