摘要摘要空调作为空气调节器的简称,它具有调节空气温度与湿度,以及空气滤清、 空气流通、换气通风等功能,使人们能在清新舒适的环境中生活和工作。近几 年,随着空调功能的逐步完善和人们对物质生活质量要求越来越高,样式各异 的空调已大量进入家庭。功能丰富、种类齐全、自动化程度高成为空调发展的 新目标。69245

本设计以 AT89C52 单片机为核心,实现空调控制器对室内温度的检测和调 节,最终目的是具备稳定的工作性能以及实用需求。本系统硬件部分由按键模 块、显示模块、步进电机控制模块、温度采样模块、压缩机控制模块等组成。 软件部分分为主程序模块、温度调节中断程序模块、数码显示程序模块、循环 定时中断程序模块、步进电机控制程序模块等。通过单片机对数据的采集、转 换、运算、输出,可以完成温度的显示、温度的设定、空调压缩机的启停等功 能。模数转换器读取温度传感器的模拟量信号(电压信号)后将其转变为数字 量信号输送到单片机 P0 口,单片机将输入的信号与外部设置温度相比较从而决 定交流电机的工作状态。针对对控制器系统总体设计方案的论证,进一步说明 单片机在实际开发中的应用过程,全面分析了系统各部分的硬件和软件实现。

Air Conditioner Controller Based On SCM

ABSTRACT

Air conditioner is an electrical type air conditioning apparatus,and is the abbreviation of air conditioner.It has conditioned air temperature and humidity, and air filtration, air circulation, ventilation and other functions, so that people can live and work in a clean and comfortable environment.In recent years, with the air-conditioning function of improving people's living standards and the increasingly high demand for air conditioning has a lot of different styles into the home. Feature-rich, full range, high degree of automation become the new target for the development of air conditioning.

The design of AT89C52 micro-controller as the core, to achieve the air-conditioned indoor temperature controller detection and adjustment, the ultimate goal is to have a stable work performance and functional requirements. The hardware of the system is pided into an input module, display module, stepper motor control module, the temperature sampling module.Software part is pided into the main program module, a temperature controller interrupt subroutine modules,  digital display subroutine modules, the cycle timer interrupt subroutine modules, stepper motor control subroutine module. Through the micro-controller of  the  data acquisition, conversion, operation, output, completion temperature display, temperature setting, air-conditioning compressor start and stop functions. ADC0809 the analog signal from the temperature  sensor (voltage  signal) into a digital  signal into the micro-controller port P0, the micro-controller will receive the input data is compared with the external temperature to determine the work status of the AC motor. Controller for overall system design argument further described SCM application process in the actual system.a comprehensive analysis of the various parts of the hardware and software system implementation.
