摘要食用菌是作为一种重要食材,它所具有的营养价值是人们所重视的。食用菌生长的环境对食用菌的产量和质量有很大的影响。随着食用菌设施化栽培的发展,人们开始对菌类进行室内栽培,这样有利于控制菌类的生长环境因素。而随着科技的不断进步,菌菇房的自动监控系统开始走向成熟。菌菇房的自动监控系统的出现大幅度提高了菌类的产量和质量,提高了劳动力利用率,提高了菌类产业的效益。69993

本设计系统采用了虚拟仪器技术,由传感器节点、汇聚节点、网关节点和上位机构成。传感器节点主要是由多种传感器、信号调理电路、CPU和声光报警电路组成,它的主要作用是采集、处理和发送信息;汇聚节点与传感器节点结构相同,作用相同;网关节点主要由有CPU和执行机构组成主要用于接收下位机信息,然后传到上位机。并能接收上位机的控制信号。它们均采用CC2530芯片作为核心,利用它具有无线模块的优势,实现该系统数据的无线传输。上位机选用LabVIEW开发平台主要用于对下位机的数据进行分析处理,能实时的观察到菌菇房环境因素的实时变化情况。同时,能够发送控制信号改变菌菇房的环境。上位机软件管理平台具有友好人机交互界面。

Design of automatic monitoring system for mushroom house environment based on LabVIEW

Abstract

Edible fungus is a kind of important food, it has the nutritional value of people's attention. The environment of edible fungi has a great influence on the yield and quality of edible fungi. With the development of facility cultivation of bacteria cooking, people began to indoor cultivation of the fungus, which is conducive to the control of fungi growth environment factors. And with the continuous progress of science and technology, the automatic monitoring system of mushroom house began to mature. Automatic monitoring system for mushroom house appear greatly improve the yield and quality of fungi, improves the utilization rate of the labor force, improve the benefit of mushroom industry.

The virtual instrument technology is adopted in this design system, which consists of sensor nodes, sink nodes, gateway nodes and host computer. Sensor nodes mainly by a variety of sensors, signal conditioning circuit, CPU and an acousto-optic alarm circuit, its main function is collecting, processing and transmitting information; sink node and sensor nodes have the same structure, the same; gateway nodes mainly consists of a CPU and actuator composition is mainly used to receive lower position machine information and then spread to upper computer. And can receive the control signal of the host computer. They all use the CC2530 chip as the core, using it has the advantage of wireless module, wireless transmission of the system data. PC selection LabVIEW development platform is mainly used for the next bit machine data analysis and processing, real-time observation of the real time changes in the real estate environment factors. At the same time, can send control signals to change the environment of mushroom house. PC software management platform has friendly human-computer interaction interface.
