摘要现在这个社会,人们的生活条件变好了,时代进步了,水源的重要性已经渐 渐在人们眼中出现。怎样节约用水,合理的用水已经成为电子设计工作者必须考 虑的问题,尤其是在工业生产中,有太多地方要对容器内的介质进行液位变化控 制,使它高精度有效地保持在设定的数值,比如在建材行业,玻璃窑炉液位的稳 定控制对其的产品寿命和质量起着至关重要的影响。液位控制一般是指对某一容 器内的液位进行合理的控制调节,通过调节以后达到合理要求。72279
本文用单片机处理一些系统,将电子信号输出成我们需要的信号,结合外部 的硬件电路,从而实现想要的水位检测、水位显示、电机故障检测、系统报警和 处理等功能,并且进行报警水位控制,警戒水位处理。通过展示电路硬件图,设 计相关流程图和 c 语言程序,结合 Proteus 软件仿真。结果表明,该系统实现了 水位的高低智能化的控制,在生活中大大节省了物力、人力,具有其开发价值。

water 。Especially in industrial production, there are too many places to be on the medium container level change control, making it effective to maintain high accuracy at a set value, For example, the quality of its product life and plays a vital influence in the building materials industry, the level of stability control glass furnace。 Level control generally refers to the level of a container within the reasonable control and regulation to achieve the required control requirements。When using single-chip electronic sensor signal processing, thereby outputting a control signal, combined with external hardware circuit, in order to achieve the desired water level detection, water level display, motor fault detection, alarm systems and processing capabilities, high and low alert water level alarm, high and low warning level treated。Display hardware circuit diagram, and the corresponding flow chart and c language program, combined with Proteus software simulation。This enables intelligent control of the water level, such a system will be living in significant savings in material and human resources, with its development value。
