摘要对于井下供电系统来讲,在大部分情况下,系统出现故障的主要形式为漏电。在井下作业过程中,一旦发生漏电问题,不但会导致工人触电身亡,而且还会导致相间短路,进而引发爆炸。漏电保护器的作用主要是为了规避供电系统漏电事故的出现,减少经济损失和保护工人井下作业的安全,由于该装置强大的保护功能,目前已普遍应用于众多供电系统中。选择性漏电保护指当供电系统出现问题时,保护装置会发出故障信号,或直接断开故障线路,其他线路则继续运转,由此,便于修理人员快速排查故障原因,减少修理时间,大幅增强供电稳定性。当前,在矿井系统中,使用此种保护器的工作原理主要是运用零序电流的大小和方向对电网进行保护,而当出现某线路远大于其他线路的情况时,该保护器则无法发挥应用的保护功能。本文以井下电网为研究对象,对漏电故障理论进行深入探究,进而以仿真验证为切入点,提出新型漏电保护方案,该方案以DSP TMS320F2812为关键部分,基于附加直流电源检测和零序功率方向,并设计出相应的漏电保护设备。在该设备中,在总馈电开关位置,漏电保护装置运用附加直流电源原理,而在分支馈电位置,则运用零序功率方向式保护原理,从而使漏电保护设备具有较强的动作性能以及抗干扰能力。73704

Mine Low Voltage Power Supply System of  Selective Leakage Protection

Abstract As for the underground power supply system,leakage is usually the main form of system faults。In the borehole operation process,once the electric leakage occurring,it will result in several problems,not merely the die of an electric shock for the workers, as well as the short circuit and explosion。Leakage protectors,with great protection function,are mainly used in avoiding the appearance of leakage accidents in power supply system,so as to reduce the economic loss and protect the workers’ security in the borehole operation,which has widely used in numerous power supply systems。 The selective leakage protection means that,while there is a problem in the power supply system,the protection device will sent a fault signal,or turn off the fault line directly,but the other lines still continue to operate。Therefore,the repairman can quickly troubleshoot,and decrease the repair time,which will greatly enhance the stability of power supply。Currently,the working principles of this protection device in mine system,mainly apply the magnitude and direction of zero-sequence current to protect the power grid。However,when a line is far above the others,this protector cannot give play to the deserved protection。Taking the underground power as research object,this article deeply investigates the theory of leakage fault,and then put forward the new scheme of leakage protection with the entry point of emulation proof。This scheme focuses on the TMS320F2812 DSP,and designs the corresponding device for leakage protection on the basis of the detection of additional DC power and the direction of zero-sequence power。The leakage protection device of this device,as for the different feeding switch i。e,the main or the branch,utilize the theory of additional DC power and the direction of zero-sequence power respectively,resulting in a strong motion performance and anti-interference ability。
