摘要交流电机如今广泛应用于生产生活的各个领域之中,并且由于它的构造简单,造价 低廉,因此在电气调速传动系统中占据着领导地位,现代工业生产对电机调速系统的综 合性能要求越来越高,如何更好地对交流电机进行调速控制以提高电机的运行质量和降 低电能损耗成为当下的一个热点问题。75305
变频调速是实现交流电机高效平滑调速的一种典型控制策略,以矢量控制技术为代 表的高性能变频调速技术在实际生产中得到了重要的应用。本文选择了基于矢量控制技 术的交流异步电机变频调速系统进行学习研究,主要介绍了异步电机基本理论、矢量控 制基本原理及相应的控制策略,讲解了其中坐标变换、磁链观测和 PID 调节器的实现方 法,并在此基础上推倒了异步电机在三种不同坐标系下的数学模型,随后详细分析了电 压空间矢量脉宽调制技术(SVPWM)。最后以笼型异步电机为代表,利用 Matlab 建立了基 于直接矢量控制和基于 SVPWM 的改进型矢量控制两种变频调速系统仿真模型,仿真结 果验证了矢量控制是一种较为理想的调速控制方式,同时 SVPWM 技术能够进一步改善 矢量控制系统的性能。

Title The Research on Speed Control System of AC Motor Based on Vector Control
Abstract Ac motor has been widely used in production and living life, and occupied the leading position in the field of speed control and driving system because of simple structure and low price。 with the constant improvement of speed control system performance , how to control the Ac motor in order to improve the operation quality and reduce electric energy loss is becoming a hot issue now。
Frequency control is a typical and efficient control strategy for Ac motor 。 High-performance frequency control represented by the vector control technology has been importantly used in production。 This paper analysed the frequency control system of AC asynchronous motor based on vector control and mainly introduced the basic theory of asynchronous motor, basic principle and the control strategy of vector control, and explained the coordinate transformation, flux observer and PID regulator。 Then established mathematical model of asynchronous motor under different coordinate system and introduced the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology in detail 。 At last,In terms of squirrel-cage asynchronous motor, two kinds of frequency control of motor speed based on vector control and SVPWM were established by using Matlab。 The simulation results demonstrated that the vector control is an ideal way for the speed control system and the SVPWM can improve the performance of vector control system further。
