摘   要智能配电参数检测系统是智能配电箱与计算机监控系统的组合应用,是对配电网上的电气设备进行远程实时监控、信息采集、协调控制以及对系统检测到的故障信息进行及时报警的集成系统。本课题针对配电装置进行相关参数的采集,达到了实时、有效的监控目的,满足当今智能化时代的配电发展需求。78058

本系统作为智能配电箱的核心组成部分,采用软硬件相结合的方式,研制出一套基于PIC单片机的智能配电参数检测装置。

在硬件电路方面,采用电压互感器和电流互感器转换来自配电网中的三相交流信号,专用电能计量芯片ATT7022B负责采集转换后的各路工作电压、电流信号,并通过SPI接口上传至MCU作相应处理,采用PIC16F877单片机作为MCU对整个系统进行监测和控制。利用单片机及外围电路,并配合RS85通信,将测量和处理得到的参数信息上传至人机界面。系统采用双电源的设计理念,作为该装置的前台可实现对各路工作电压、电流量的实时采集以及对电气设备的状态、故障等相关信息的传递功能。

软件设计方面,通过基于Flowcode V4的流码设计平台编写Flowcode流码程序,配合系统的信号采集传输以及程序等相关处理,作为系统的后台软件部分。系统通过实时监控采集到的各路工作电压、电流、状态、故障等相关信息,进行分析、判断并通过触摸屏进行相关参数的显示,以及对所检测到的故障信息进行及时报警,实现对配电设备的保护。

本课题所设计的智能配电参数检测系统,应用于车载配电箱,现已投产使用。该装置通过对电气参数的智能化监测以及人机交互系统、软件程序的设计与开发,实现了对配电设备进行实时监控报警与控制功能。该装置性能可靠、安全稳定,在智能化方面得到了很大程度的提高,对我国配电智能化基础以及传统行业的生产技术水平有着深远而重要的意义。

Abstract Intelligent distribution parameters detection system is the combined application of intelligent distribution box and computer monitoring system, the electrical equipment in the distribution system of remote real-time monitoring, information acquisition, coordination control and the detection system to the fault information timely warning of the integrated system。 The subject of the power distribution equipment for the acquisition of related parameters, to achieve the purpose of real-time and effective monitoring, to meet the needs of the development of power distribution in the era of intelligent。

This system as the core component of intelligent power distribution box, using the method of software and hardware combination, developed a set of intelligent power distribution parameters detection based on PIC MCU。

In the hardware circuit, the voltage transformer and current transformer converting from a distribution network in the three-phase AC signal, special to measurement chip ATT7022B is responsible for the collection and transfer of various voltage and current signal, and make corresponding processing through the SPI interface to upload to the MCU, by PIC16F877 microcontroller as the MCU of the system of monitoring and control。 Using single chip microcomputer and peripheral circuit, and with the RS485 communication, the measurement and processing parameters can be uploaded to the man-machine interface。 The system adopts the design concept of double power supply, as the front desk of this device can realize the real-time collection of work voltage and current, as well as the status of electrical equipment, fault and other related information transfer functions。

In the aspect of software design, the Flowcode flow code program is written by V4 Flowcode based flow code design platform, and the system’s signal acquisition and transmission and program related processing, as the system’s background software part。 System through real-time monitoring to the various working voltage, current, status, fault and other relevant information, analysis, and through the touch screen to display the related parameters of the judgment, and timely warning of the detected fault information, the protection of power distribution equipment。
