摘要水是人类社会发展最重要的生产要素之一,随着我国经济社会的发展,人们 对水资源供应的要求越来越高。要提高城市供水的效率和品质,很重要的一点就 是要优化城市供水系统的净化流程,这就对水厂的自动化工艺,监控装置的设计 提出了更高的要求。80209
本文主要通过对水处理工艺进行综合提炼,加之以自动化技术,以达到实时 监控,增效提质的目标。结合水处理工艺的特点,选用泓格公司 I-7000 系列分布 式智能模块来进行硬件电路设计,选用国产组态王软件来设计监控界面,中间采 用 RS-485 总线协议来实现上位机与下位机的数据通信,最后进行软硬件联调,完 成城市供水系统净化流程监控装置的设计。

Title Purification process monitoring device for urban water supply system design
Abstract Water is one of the most important factors in the development of human society。 With the development of economy and society, the demand of water supply is becoming more and more high。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of urban water supply, it is very important to optimize the purification process of urban water supply system, which puts forward higher requirements for the design of the monitoring device。
In this paper, through integrated refining the water treatment process, coupled with automation technology, to achieve real-time monitoring, quality and efficiency goals。 With water treatment process characteristics, selection of I-7000 series distributed intelligent module hardware circuit design, to use the software kingview to design monitoring interface, in the middle of the RS-485 bus protocol to achieve data communication between upper machine and lower machine, then the software and hardware debugging, system of urban water supply purification process monitoring device design is completed。
