首先,本文简单说明了无刷直流电机近几年国内外发展概况以及技术优势,论述了 其结构组成和运行思路。80405
其次,介绍电机的一般设计流程,并得出 24V,30W 电动机的设计方案,然后使用
Ansoft 软件建模,得到运行参数和特性曲线图,验证电机设计的合理性。 最后,在此电机基础上,进一步介绍有限元法,利用软件进行二维有限元分析,计算出电机空载和负载时的气隙磁密分布、主漏磁通、感应电动势、自互感、效率等性能 特性并分析。

Title Simulation Research of Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor by Finite Element Method
Abstract recently, the tremendous development of semiconductor technology and electronic technology provides excellent potential to design high-efficiency mechatronics motors。 Permanent magnet brushless DC motor(BLDCM)used the new technology and new materials, which has many advantages, such as easy control performance, reliable operation and high efficiency。 It has a promising prospect, and is gradually applying to wider fields like national defense, industry, control system for civilian research, household appliances, and etc。 At present, the design and analysis of permanent magnet BLDCM have become the research spot at home and abroad。 This paper elaborates on the following points:
First, this paper briefly describes the development status and technical advantages of BLDCM recently, expounds the structure and operation principle。 Secondly, based on the magnetic circuit method, a 24V, 30W BLDCM is designed。 To verify the rationality of the design, a model of the BLDCM is developed and its operating parameters and characteristic curves are calculated by using the Ansoft。 Finally, on the basis of this motor,a few words are said about the finite element method and Ansoft software, which is used to analyze the 2D finite element model and calculate load and no load gap magnetic field distribution, main magnetic flux, magnetic flux leakage, back EMF, inductance, efficiency etc。 These theoretical results are also analyzed。
