摘要 板式换热器是一种由波纹形状金属片叠装而形成的新型高效换热设备。在当前工业 的诸多领域,板式换热器以其换热性能优异、重量小、制造成本较低等种种特点,逐渐 成为众多换热设备中的主流选择。近年来,随着计算流体力学 CFD(Computational fluid dynamics)的蓬勃发展,人们因此利用计算机对板式换热器开展了更为深入的研究。81364
基于此,本文使用 FLUENT 软件,对人字形波纹板式换热器进行数值模拟分析, 研究其波纹板片内部流动状况和换热情况。本课题首先选取了 40mm×30mm 的单位化 冷热双流道人字形波纹板片,通过对不同波纹倾角 β、波纹深度 h 和波纹间距 λ 的对比 模拟分析,总结出三个主要波纹参数对板片内的速度场、温度场、压力场的影响。本文 同时开展了对 BR003 型号板式换热器的模拟分析,并结合局部板片的研究来优化其结 构参数。同时本文还分析了板片不同位置的换热效果,以及流体介质的流速与换热性能 及压力降的关系。

Abstract Plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchanger comprises a corrugated metal sheet formed by stacking。 In many areas of the industry, the plate heat exchanger to heat exchanging with excellent performance, small weight, manufacturing cost low various characteristics, and gradually become numerous for thermal equipment in the mainstream choice。 In recent years, along with the computational fluid dynamics CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) the rapid development of so that people use computer on the plate type heat exchanger, carried out more in-depth study。
Based on this, in this paper, we use software FLUENT, numerical simulation analysis of herringbone corrugated plate heat exchanger, and heat transfer of the corrugated plate internal flow condition。 This paper first select the two-runner shaped corrugated plate 40mm x 30mm unit of hot and cold plate, through the different corrugation inclination angle beta, corrugation depth h and corrugation pitch lambda compared with simulation analysis, summed up the effect of speed on the plate in the three major corrugated parameter field, pressure field and temperature field。 At the same time, this paper carried out the simulation analysis of BR003 type plate heat exchanger, and combined with local plate research to optimize the structure parameters。 At the same time, the paper also analyzed the effect of heat transfer in different position of the plate, and the relationship between the flow rate and the heat transfer performance and pressure drop of the fluid medium。
