摘 要冷热压提篮切换目前以人工搬运方式为主,劳动成本高,效益差,因此将其 设计成自动切换,来缩短生产周期,降低生产成本,保证冷压机工作安全稳定。冷压机自动提篮切换机构设计需要满足结构合理、操作安全简单、容易装卸、 降低成本的设计要求,减少技术员的劳动强度,保障安全同时操作方便简单;在 满足性能要求的情况下,根据工作环境与成本要求,进行硬件选型;并且设计了 相应的 PLC 控制程序,为了提高测试效率和数据的直观性,更加贴近实际的生产 要求,设计采用了台达 PLC 进行控制,提高数据处理的速度,加快了整体的控制 速度,缩短生产周期;绘制控制系统接线图;最后进行软硬件的调试,对不合理 之处进行优化,使得提篮切换稳定可靠。贴近实际的生产要求。83394
