摘要随着能源短缺问题的日益严重以及国内外传统能源消耗量的不断增加,导致环境问题不断恶化,使得全球对于新能源的开发和利用给予了高度重视。微电网作为分布式发电的一种,是传统电网的补给,在提高电网整体的供电可靠性、安全性上有极高的研究价值,并且从环境保护角度来说,可有效减少化石能源的使用。83930
微电网电能质量监测是保障微电网安全可靠并网,以及用户设备供电安全性的重要依据,本文通过对现有的微电网相关资料的分析,结合微电网及电能质量检测发展现状,以LabVIEW为平台,以软硬件设计框图为基础,搭建出微网电能质量监测的模型。该平台实现了电能质量监测和数据的实时分析,在此基础上结合国家标准对微电网PCC处电能参数的要求,以及IEC标准中各项指标的测量方法,完成对微电网稳态电能质量问题的监测与分析,为微网监测提供了科学的参考依据。

Title Research and Development of Microgrid Power Quality Detection Platform Based on LabVIEW
Abstract As the energy shortage problem increasingly serious, and traditional energy consumption increased at home and abroad, which lead to deteriorating environmental problem。 These problems make global governments pay great attention to the new energy development and utilization。 Microgrid, as one kind of Distributed generation, is a kind of supply to the traditional power system。 It has a high research value in reliability improvement, security of traditional power supply and reduction of the usage of fossil fuels。
Microgrid power quality detection is not only the guarantee of microgrid power security and reliable power supply, but also the important basis of interconnection with users’ equipment。 This thesis referred the analysis of the microgrid related information from domestic and foreign literatures, combined with the current situation of development of power quality detection and microgrid, designed microgrid power quality detection which is based on the LabVIEW platform and the block diagram。 The platform has realized the power quality of real-time monitoring and data analysis。 On this basis, combining with the national standard to PCC in the microgrid, and each related measurement in IEC standard, completed the microgrid monitoring and analysis on steady-state power quality problems, provide a scientific reference for microgrid detection。
