4 组织社会化与心理契约、组织承诺的关系
心理契约会随着组织社会化的进程发生变化[26],随着组织社会化的进展,员工通过对信息的感知改变自己的心理契约。而且员工心理契约与组织社会化呈显著正相关[23]。心理契约则是组织承诺的内在根源[32]。根据前面我们对组织社会化、组织承诺关系的推断,我们认为,心理契约能够中介组织社会化水平对组织承诺的影响。
