唐代科举行卷公荐初探

摘要在唐代科举制度中，公荐和行卷是其重要特色，公荐是指京城中有崇高地位、声名显赫的人向知贡举（考官）推荐才艺高超的应试举子的一种现象。行卷是指应试举子将自己认为优秀的文学作品加以编辑并写成卷轴，在科举考试之前送呈给当时在朝中的公卿名流和达官贵人，请求这些人向知贡举（主考官）推荐，进而提高自己及第概率的手段。两者在一定程度上促进了唐代科举制度的发展。但到了唐代后期，由于行卷和公荐不利于科举取士的公平和公正，易于滋生朋党以危害中央集权等弊端，故二者的衰亡是科举制发展的必然结果。研究公荐、行卷产生的直接原因和间接原因，考证二者兴衰的历史因素以及对唐代政治产生的利弊影响，对当今我国人才选拔方式具有重要借鉴意义。86896

The primary exploration of“Xingjuan”,“Gongjian” of Imperial Examination During the Tang Dynasty

Abstract The imperial examination system of the Tang Dynasty is characterized by Gong jian and Xing juan。 Gong jian refers to a phenomenon that celebrities with lofty reputations and prominent fame in the capital recommended talented examination candidates to the examiner。 Xing juan means examination candidates edited their interested excellent literature works and wrote it into scrolls。 They had to submit their scrolls to the celebrities and nobilities and request them to recommend them to the main examiner, so as to increase the possibilities to pass the imperial examination。 The two promote the development of the imperial examination system in the Tang Dynasty to certain degree。 However, in late Tang Dynasty, due to their unfavorable impact on its Imperial Examination System and vulnerability to develop cronies, which does harm to the centralization, the decline of these two systems is an absolute result。 Studying the direct and indirect reasons of Gongjian and Xing juan，exploring the impact of advantages and disadvantages of their historical factors on the politics of the Tang Dynasty。 It can provide successful experience for the reformation of the selection method of civil service in our state。
